  • How do I know if physical therapy will help me?

    If you suffer from aches and pains that are affecting your activities of daily living then there is a good chance physiotherapy can help!

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Call us at 204-783-9578  to book an appointment.  After your initial assessment we also offer online booking through our website.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please bring athletic shoes, pants or shorts that allow us to assess your full range of motion and a short sleeved shirt are optimal for the assessment.  If you have private health insurance please provide us with your insurance info as well on the first visit.
