Lead by RISE Hockey, this program is designed for developing and advanced players, male & female. Following the key principles of the Learn to Play and Learn to Train stages within Hockey Canada’s Long-Term Player Development Model, players will focus on specialized skill development, refinement of core skills including skating, and essential intangibles. In addition to technical skills, RISE Hockey focuses on foundations of good character and having fun!

Atom players born 2009/2010, and developing Peewee (A2/A3) players born 2008
12 On-Ice Sessions, grouped by age/ability
Station-based sessions with skills and small-area competitive games
Includes RISE Sport Test development testing session and one Tryout Prep 3vs3 session
Private 1-1, 2-1, 3-1 on-ice coaching sessions available with RISE Hockey (Spring/Summer)
Semi-Private and Private NRG Training options available, please inquire
