12U Advanced – Girls ’07,’08

Program Details:

Lead by RISE Hockey, this development program is designed for advanced players competing at, or entering, the Peewee AA level.  Following the key principles of the Learn to Train and Train to Train stages within Hockey Canada’s Long-Term Player Development Model, players will focus on specialized skill development, refinement of core skills, and essential intangibles for elite players.  In addition to technical skills, RISE Hockey focuses on character and leadership development critical for a team/group setting.

The NRG off-ice program will be designed for the individual athlete, focusing upon; speed-agility-quickness training, power, conditioning, mobility, activation and recovery tactics.

  • All sessions within a state-of-the-art facility; Seven Oaks Sportsplex

  • ’07 AA players   |   ’07,’08 A1 players

  • 13 On-Ice Sessions, grouped by age/ability

  • 12 Off-Ice NRG/Dryland/Speed sessions

  • All players provided an evaluation report entering the season developed by credible scouting staff and experienced evaluation staff

  • Includes RISE Sport Test development testing session

  • Private 1-1, 2-1, 3-1 on-ice coaching sessions available with RISE Hockey (Spring/Summer)

  • RISE Hockey POE-Track Development program available for elite ’07 players, please inquire

  • Semi-Private and Private NRG Training options available April – June, please inquire
