when it’s come to sports you can’t find a better place to train at then NRG! 2 NHL size hockey rinks, attached to 2 indoor soccer rinks (brand new 3rd indoor soccer rink on the other side of the field and its big), plus a big field with a bunch of soccer nets outside, big parking lot, shooting range/rapid shot machine whatever you want to call it. My point is whatever sport your training for NRG has it all to get you prepared. There’s even a track and field track around the 2 hockey rinks. My back hurts quite a bit sometimes so I just walk a couple feet and get a acupuncture, physio, massage or do yoga sometimes, anything to help keep me going the next day.
